Job Description

As a Training Manager for Sales & Product at a 20+ year old All-India Luxury Brand for Interior Lifestyle based in New Delhi, your role will involve ensuring product readiness for the pan-India bathroom sales teams. You will focus on training new and existing sales employees on newly launched bathroom products. To excel in this role, you should have a strong sales background, preferably in luxury interiors or bathroom products, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge into compelling sales insights for real-world selling scenarios. Extensive travel across India will be required for showroom training, workshops, and feedback collection. Key Responsibilities: - Develop training modules emphasizing the sales features, benefits, and positioning of newly launched bathroom products. - Conduct structured training programs in person and via digital platforms. - Explain new products from a salesperson's perspective, highlighting unique selling points, objection handling, and conversion potential. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align training content with brand, technical, and sales objectives. - Prepare engaging training material such as presentations, handouts, visual aids, and digital references. - Visit showrooms and franchise locations nationwide for live training and product familiarization. - Provide real-time coaching during in-store sales conversations and assess training needs. - Gather structured feedback from the sales team on new products and deliver actionable reports to the Product Team. - Share field-level insights on market perception, challenges, and suggestions for product or sales refinement. - Develop refresher modules and quick product capsules for continuous upskilling. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training through quizzes, check-ins, and sales impact analysis. Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years of experience in sales or training within luxury interiors, building materials, or lifestyle products. - Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training sessions with tangible business outcomes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams. - Willingness to travel extensively across India. - Proficiency in using digital platforms for remote training delivery. - Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.,
