As a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Capital Goods and Metal Cutting Tools, you will be a valuable addition to our team based in Bangalore, Karnataka. With a requirement of 12 years of experience in the Mechanical Industrial Capital Goods industry, we are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sales in this sector. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling mechanical industrial capital goods and metal cutting tools. This field-based role will involve generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and successfully closing sales deals. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products will be crucial, along with maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. To excel in this role, you should possess a BE in Mechanical Engineering and have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools. Familiarity with the local market, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-oriented approach are essential. Extensive travel within the assigned territory will be required, for which owning and using a 2-wheeler is necessary. While experience in selling CNC Machine Tools and knowledge of CNC lathes are preferred, they are not mandatory requirements. Upon joining, you will undergo orientation and product training at our factory in Bengaluru, with company-provided PG accommodation during the training period. In terms of compensation, the fixed annual CTC ranges from 3.20 to 4.80 LPA, depending on your experience and performance. Additional benefits include a company-provided laptop, mobile phone allowance, reimbursement of local conveyance expenses, and medical and accident insurance coverage, along with PF contribution by the company.
