Training Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, align with organizational objectives, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
• Develop training materials and resources, including manuals and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant content.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and ROI.
