About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional to take on the role of Training Manager for our Builder Channel team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales and a passion for developing and mentoring sales teams to drive performance and productivity.

This role combines hands-on sales expertise with the ability to design, deliver, and monitor

impactful training programs that align with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify sales training needs and skill gaps across the Builder Channel team.

• Design and deliver training programs focused on residential real estate sales, customer engagement, objection handling, and conversion optimization.

• Collaborate with business leaders and sales heads to develop targeted learning interventions addressing real-world sales challenges.

• Conduct learning programs for new sales employees.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics.

• Create and publish dashboards/reports tracking training KPIs, adoption rates, and business impact.

• Work closely with bottom-quartile performers to design customized improvement plans and enhance overall productivity.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and new sales methodologies to integrate into training.


Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in primary sales.

• Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to train, motivate, and mentor large sales teams both virtually and inperson.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital learning tools.

• High sense of ownership, result orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
