Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the training and development strategy aligned with business goals and operational needs.
  • Lead a team of trainers across regions or outlets.
  • Partner with Operations, HR and Marketing teams to align training content with product updates and brand standards.

Program Development:

  • Design scalable training programs including onboarding, SOP-based modules, service excellence, POS usage, food safety, hygiene standards, soft skills and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain training content (manuals, videos, e-learning modules, job aids).
  • Continuously update materials to reflect changes in menu, policy, equipment or operations.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Oversee the rollout of training programs across outlets both new and existing.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of training across formats (classroom, on-the-job, digital).
  • Drive training for new store openings, seasonal campaigns, or promotions.

Performance Measurement & Compliance:

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, audits and business KPIs.
  • Track training completion and certification of employees at all levels.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance-related training (e.g., food safety, fire safety, POS hygiene) is completed as required.

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach and develop regional training teams and outlet-level trainers.
  • Create an internal trainer certification program (Train-the-Trainer).
  • Promote a learning culture within the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with store managers, area managers and corporate teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps.
  • Present training reports and insights to leadership on a periodic basis.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of QSR / Factory operations and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
  • High energy, people-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, training impact assessment and reporting.
  • Ability to travel to outlets as needed.
