Training Facilitator

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Training Facilitators in Port and Terminal Operations to conduct skill-based training for trainees at Adani Skills Academy, so that upon completion of the course, these trainees can be gainfully employed in operational teams at Mundra Port across various verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the trainees develop job-ready knowledge, practical abilities, and workplace behaviors. The role involves conducting training sessions, assessing learner performance, coordinating on-the-job training (OJT) based on specified curriculum. This role is crucial in ensuring a robust talent pipeline for the Mundra Port.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Development & Delivery

• Deliver skill training programs for Port and Maritime operations

• Deliver workshop training.

• Develop practical demonstrations aligned to curriculum.

• Coordinate with industry partners to facilitate OJT, apprenticeships, and workplace

learning.

• Integrate digital tools for enhanced skill delivery.

2. Performance Evaluation & Coaching

• Assess learner competencies through assignments, practical tasks, and evaluations.

• Provide individualized coaching, feedback, and support to improve learner

performance.

• Monitor learner attendance, progress, and training outcomes; maintain accurate

documentation.

3. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Master trainer, University academic and assessment team as

well as client operations team for successful completion and learning effectiveness of

the program.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Participate in trainer development programs, industry updates, and quality-assurance

processes.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Any Graduation

• At least 2 years of experience in Port and Terminal Operations, preferably at Mundra Port.

• At least 1 year of experience in a training or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of Port and Terminal Operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
