Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Facilitate high-impact behavioural training programs across various levels of the organization (e.g. leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, teamwork, adaptability, and change management).
  • Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with business units and the L&D team to identify behavioural skill gaps.
  • Customize training content and methodologies to suit different learner groups and organizational contexts.
  • Deliver training through multiple formats including classroom sessions, virtual platforms, and blended learning models.
  • Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, self-reflection, and practical application.
  • Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and behavioural observations.
  • Provide post-training coaching, guidance, and support where applicable to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and industry best practices.
