Location: Hyderabad (On-site/Field Based) Organization: Magic Bus India Foundation Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 25-30k/per month based on the experience Workdays - Mon-Fri (Based on need, Sat also included) Role Purpose The Training Officer will deliver employability, life skills, IT skills, and financial literacy training to youth, enabling them to secure employment or pursue higher education. The role involves counselling, creating personalized learning pathways, and supporting youth throughout the Magic Bus Livelihood Programme. Key Responsibilities Training & Facilitation Deliver structured induction and training sessions as per program curriculum. Customize training content to suit local needs while ensuring outcome delivery. Use interactive and innovative training methodologies for effective learning. Design, update, and monitor the centre training timetable. Youth Counselling & Support Conduct need assessments and guide youth on appropriate career/education pathways. Prepare and monitor individual Personal Development Plans (PDP). Motivate, engage, and ensure regular participation and session attendance. Identify dropout risks and provide timely intervention and support. Coordination & Partnership Collaborate with Centre Coordinator, counsellors, and placement team for referrals. Support matching and coordination of youth with mentors. Participate in mapping of training, vocational and employment opportunities. Coordinate mobilization and selection activities with field teams. Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Track attendance, progress, and session outcomes using defined tools. Conduct mid-term performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation. Contribute to improving program quality and youth experience. Qualification & Experience Graduate degree preferred (Social Work, Education, Management or related field). 1–3 years of experience in training/teaching/skill development (preferred). Working knowledge of English and local language. Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, Internet, Computer Skills).
