Job Description

This role serves as the primary point of support for employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance alignment, and workplace engagement. You will work closely with management and employees to uphold company values, resolve concerns with empathy and consistency, and ensure that policies and practices remain fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

    Serve as a credible advisor to employees and managers on ER matters. Manage grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. Facilitate mediation discussions and promote a culture of fairness and open communication.
  • Compliance & Legal Alignment

    Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies. Support internal and external audits related to employee relations. Maintain documentation and compliance records as required.
  • Policy Development & Implementation

    Develop, revise, and roll out HR policies and procedures. Educate employees and managers on policies, workplace standards, and ethical practices. Ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies across teams.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention

    Support engagement initiatives and organizational culture programs. Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend retention improvements. Identify recurring workplace issues and propose strategies to address them.
  • Performance Management Support

    Guide managers on handling performance concerns with fairness and structure. Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and career development conversations. Help maintain constructive feedback frameworks within departments.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduation

Experience:

Employee Relations / HR Generalist or related experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and balance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with managers across functions.
  • Comfortable working from the office (WFO) in a fast-paced environment.
