Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in Kozhikode. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing training sessions, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring effective communication between trainers and trainees. Additional tasks include assessing training needs, preparing training materials, and tracking the progress and outcomes of training programs.

• Experience in Training & Development and Employee Training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the financial or educational sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
