Qualifications

• A background in

  engineering or sales

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• At least 2 years of

  experience in coordinating or managing training programs

  , including scheduling, logistics, participant communication, and trainer support.
• Strong

  organizational and multitasking abilities

  , with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with internal teams, senior trainers, and international clients.
• Candidates with

  Knowledge of French

  (spoken) will be preferred.
