Training Coordinator

PeX First ( Patient Experience First) is India's first Clinical Hospitality Training and Consultancy firm. PrX First, along with "Prime Pivot Advisory" is entering into specialised training programs-ranging from Corporate Training to Clinical Hospitality for hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres, as well as Hospitality Training for boutiques, retail shops, restaurants, and hotels.

To make these sessions smooth, impactful, and memorable, we are looking for a smart, cheerful, and well-groomed assistant who can assist the trainers during the training days.

This is not just about managing logistics-it’s about adding warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to every session. If you have a pleasant personality, a helping nature, and can carry yourself with confidence, this could be a perfect opportunity for you if you want to get into training business.

The Role:

Assist with schedules and session coordination

Help with set-ups before and during trainings

Distribute materials, collect forms and feedback

Keep track of time and manage simple enquiries

Who I’m Looking For:

*A smart, positive, Punctual and approachable personality with a good smile

*Proficiency in English (a must)

*A Degree (any background)

* If you have a Para-medical background (Medical Transcription, Nursing, Hospital Administration, etc.) is a plus, " *but not mandatory"

*Professional grooming and willingness to wear business attire (suit with trousers or skirt) during sessions

The Offer:

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
