NLP Expert – Researcher/Engineer

You'll be working on cutting-edge applications that require bridging non-traditional inputs with natural language generation in a production-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and

  pretrain encoder-decoder transformer models

  (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5) from scratch using structured, sequential datasets.
• Design pipelines that convert non-textual data—such as spatial, temporal, or sensor-based signals—into NLP-compatible formats.
• Build end-to-end systems that generate natural language descriptions, summaries, or narratives from raw structured inputs.
• Apply rigorous model evaluation strategies and optimize for downstream language generation tasks.
• Collaborate across functions with data engineers, domain specialists, and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research in NLP, pretraining strategies, and model efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

  Natural Language Processing

  and

  deep learning

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Transformer-based architectures

  and foundational NLP theory.
• Proven experience in

  pretraining language models from scratch

  , not just fine-tuning existing ones.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Python

  , with experience in

  PyTorch

  ,

  TensorFlow

  , and the

  Hugging Face Transformers & Datasets libraries

• Familiarity with

  sequential, time-series, or geospatial data

  , and how to integrate such data into NLP pipelines.
• Experience with

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
