Position Overview: SEHS is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our training department as a Training Coordinator cum Back Office Executive. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with potential participants and companies, facilitating registration processes, and providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of training modules. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with potential participants and corporate clients to provide information about training programs, registration procedures, and logistical details. - Manage the registration process, including handling inquiries, processing registrations, and ensuring timely confirmation to participants. - Facilitate participant onboarding by providing necessary training materials, instructions, and guidelines to ensure a smooth transition into the training program. - Monitor participant progress throughout the training modules, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and providing support as needed to ensure successful completion. - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to participant enrolment, attendance, feedback, and other relevant data. - Collaborate with the training team to support the development and customization of training modules, including research, content preparation, and formatting. - Assist in basic back-office tasks, including data entry, document management, and coordination of administrative activities as required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Communications, or Education) preferred. - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the training or education sector. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with participants and stakeholders. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic back-office operations. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Passion for learning and commitment to promoting excellence in workplace health and safety.
