Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placement processes, coordinating with colleges and companies, delivering customized training on soft skills, and supporting training initiatives for skill development. The role involves fostering strong relationships with students, institutions, and employers to ensure successful placements and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Campus Placement planning and execution
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture professional relationships
• Experience in College Recruiting processes and strategies
• Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs with a focus on soft skills development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the education or recruitment sector is an advantage
