As a candidate for the position in Hyderabad with Industries in Greater Hyderabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Taking care of preparation brochures with students" profiles and verifying all details in the printed format to avoid errors. - Maintaining a database that includes current students, their profiles, backgrounds, areas of specialization, and areas of interest. - Managing the alumni database and liaising with alumni who hold important positions in the industries. - Handling the organizational database, which includes information on organizations visited during the previous year, their addresses, contact person profiles, and packages offered. - Overseeing the dispatch of placement brochures to selected organizations. - Conducting campus interviews and preparing students for placement interviews. - Coordinating logistics and managing the visiting recruiters" transport, stay, and boarding during their placement visits. - Receiving offer letters and communicating with students effectively. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in database management and coordination tasks. - Strong communication skills to interact with alumni and visiting recruiters effectively. - Ability to handle logistics and coordinate placement activities efficiently.
