Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our B2B sales and marketing efforts, focusing on educational institutions. This hands-on role involves field visits, relationship building, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities for MentorMe Training and Career Guidance Program with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (principals, founders, chairman, directors etc.).

• Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and text messages to schedule virtual or offline meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Persistently follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales.

• Create customized proposals for clients.

• Track and report sales activities using reporting tools.

• Work with project managers to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA or B.Com) or MBA with marketing experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
