Responsibilities : To manage Study abroad, student exchange, faculty exchange, joint degree, career fairs, seminars etc To Communicate with students, parents and teachers on phone , giving online and offline presentations To Support and follow-up on essential administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing (ISIP, SLIP) study abroad students; To Support IRO and Dean, External Relations with administrative tasks such as setting up internship interviews, conducting selection interviews, updating the database for study abroad students and higher studies etc To attend the conferences in India and abroad, study abroad fairs with the goal of holding meetings with individual partners (current and potential new partners), To search the websites of foreign universities and collect information To support students with MS abroad and faculties for PhD abroad & Post Doc To manage all activities related to internship program for foreign students To draft the social media posts, campaigns along with digital media team To comply all account and office related work To communicate with all institutions of MIT group Should have Good in Ms Excel, and power-point presentation and related latest skills Should have good communication, networking and presentation skills Qualification: Post graduation in any discipline Experience: 10 to 15 years in relevant field
