International Relations Manager

Responsibilities :

• To manage Study abroad, student exchange, faculty exchange, joint degree, career fairs, seminars etc
• To Communicate with students, parents and teachers on phone , giving online and offline presentations
• To Support and follow-up on essential administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing (ISIP, SLIP) study abroad students;
• To Support IRO and Dean, External Relations with administrative tasks such as setting up internship interviews, conducting selection interviews, updating the database for study abroad students and higher studies etc
• To attend the conferences in India and abroad, study abroad fairs with the goal of holding meetings with individual partners (current and potential new partners),
• To search the websites of foreign universities and collect information
• To support students with MS abroad and faculties for PhD abroad & Post Doc
• To manage all activities related to internship program for foreign students
• To draft the social media posts, campaigns along with digital media team
• To comply all account and office related work
• To communicate with all institutions of MIT group
• Should have Good in Ms Excel, and power-point presentation and related latest skills
• Should have good communication, networking and presentation skills

Qualification:

Post graduation in any discipline Experience: 10 to 15 years in relevant field
