Training and Placement Officer

As a Training and Placement Officer in Kolkata with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve leading the colleges placement and corporate relations function. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing strong partnerships with leading organizations for placements, internships, and projects. - Maintaining long-term relationships with recruiters and alumni in key companies. - Organizing campus recruitment drives, industry visits, and networking sessions. - Acting as a single point of contact for all corporate engagement activities. You will also be responsible for: - Designing and implementing the annual placement plan aligned with institutional goals. - Ensuring high placement percentages and quality job offers for MBA and management students. - Coordinating end-to-end placement processes and preparing placement reports. Additionally, you will work on: - Enhancing students" employability through pre-placement workshops, aptitude training, and mock interviews. - Guiding students on career paths, company selection, and interview preparation. - Conducting research on industry trends and recommending curriculum inputs. Qualifications & Experience required: - MBA / Masters in HR, Marketing, or related discipline from a reputed institution. - Minimum 10 years of experience in placement management, corporate relations, or talent acquisition. - Proven track record of building strong corporate networks and achieving high placement outcomes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
