CRM IT Head

You will need 18 to 20 years of experience in a relevant profile to be considered for the role of CRM IT Head. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT, preferably, is required. The budget for this position ranges from 60 LPA to 70 LPA, and candidates from the Manufacturing Industry are preferred. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the overall CRM technology strategy to align with the company's objectives and support business needs. You will oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM system, manage customer data quality, and lead a team of CRM IT professionals. Collaboration with various departments to understand and support their CRM needs, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities for system improvement are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of CRM principles, experience with CRM software like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
