About the Role: At Technoidentity, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer who is strong in both manual testing and automation, with a keen understanding of system integrations. This role demands a quality-first mindset and practical exposure to validating end-to-end integration scenarios across multiple platforms and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and DevOps, and play a key role in ensuring seamless system interoperability through robust testing processes. What Youll Do: Own and execute manual and automated testing for new features, regression cycles, and integration workflows. Design and maintain test cases, test plans, and perform exploratory testing for complex, cross-service integrations. Validate API-level and user-facing functionality, ensuring complete coverage for end- to-end business scenarios. Document and track defects with clear steps and business impact. Work with automation engineers to include relevant manual test cases in automation suites. Build and maintain automation scripts using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Ensure seamless integration of test cases into CI/CD pipelines. Participate in design discussions and proactively advocate for quality at all stages of the SDLC.
