Job Description

As a Training Lead at Spencers, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to identify training needs, designing and standardizing training content, managing LMS operations, and facilitating various training programs. You will also be responsible for coordinating training delivery across India, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring training effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement the annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals. - Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with business leaders. - Design and standardize training content such as SOPs, product knowledge, and process training. - Manage LMS backend operations including data upload, dashboard reporting, and feedback tracking. - Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and maintain a certified internal trainer pool. - Facilitate various training programs including induction, compliance, and behavioural training. - Encourage digital learning and e-learning adoption at all levels. - Coordinate Pan-India training delivery and logistics with regional/store HR teams. - Manage vendor relationships with external trainers and tech partners. - Monitor training effectiveness and provide timely L&D reports to corporate. - Support talent development initiatives like UTTHAAN and RISING STAR. - Ensure adherence to organizational values and ethics in all training activities. **Qualifications:** - Graduation with a Masters in English, Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hotel Management. - Certification from ISTD/ATD/Training is preferred. **Required Skills:** - Facilitation skills - Instructional design and content creation - LMS and data management - Stakeholder and team management - Communication and presentation skills - Execution excellence - Proficiency in digital learning tools **Preferred Skills:** - 8-12 years of overall experience. - Minimum 6-8 years in training and L&D roles, preferably in retail or QSR/FMCG. - Experience in training facilitation and execution of training plans is mandatory.,
