Training and Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify training needs across outlets, cafés, and support functions.
• Design training calendars, budgets, and performance metrics.

Program Development & Delivery:

• Create and deliver training modules for:
• Customer service & guest engagement.
• Food & beverage product knowledge.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
• Upselling, cross-selling, and revenue enhancement.
• Supervisory and leadership development.
• Develop e-learning, classroom, and on-the-job training formats.

Quality & Standards Compliance:

• Ensure consistency in training delivery across all outlets.
• Monitor compliance with food safety (FSSAI / HACCP / ISO standards).
• Conduct mystery audits, skill assessments, and refresher programs.

Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers across locations.
• Work closely with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to ensure alignment.
• Partner with external trainers, consultants, or institutes when required.

Performance Management & Reporting:

• Track and analyze training effectiveness through KPIs (guest satisfaction, employee productivity, attrition, sales performance).
• Provide regular training reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Recommend continuous improvements in L&D practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
