• Needs Assessment:

  Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization through performance reviews and stakeholder feedback.

  Develop and design internal and external training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and self-guided materials  

  Delivery:

  Conduct training sessions, coordinate with instructors, and oversee the logistics of learning and development events  

  Evaluation:

  Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and data analysis to ensure objectives are met    

• Budget Management:

  Manage training budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.   

  Collaboration:

  Work with department managers, top executives, and other departments to identify training priorities and create customized programs
