About the Role

We are looking for a Training & Audit Manager who can lead quality initiatives, enhance customer experience, and drive service excellence. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in chat-based customer support, process audits, and training within the BPO/Chat Support domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure service quality, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Monitor CRM tools, service metrics, and chat etiquettes to maintain excellence.
  • Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training outcomes with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed reports, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in audit/quality within BPO or Chat Support.
  • Strong leadership and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills.
  • Deep understanding of service standards & compliance.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and performance metrics.
