Role Description

The Trainer is responsible for conducting structured training programs to enhance service quality, professionalism, grooming standards, safety awareness, and overall behavioural excellence within soft services operations. The role ensures that team members adhere to organizational standards and maintain consistent service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities :

A. Training Delivery

Conduct induction and refresher training programs.

Deliver training on grooming, workplace behaviour, and communication.

Conduct sessions on customer interaction and etiquette.

Provide safety awareness training relevant to soft service functions.

Deliver on-site sessions based on operational requirements.

B. Training Planning & Coordination

Develop monthly and quarterly training schedules.

Identify training needs in coordination with site leadership.

Maintain training attendance, feedback, and evaluation forms.

Support training during new employee onboarding or site mobilisation.

C. Quality & Compliance

Conduct service quality observations and recommend corrective training.

Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and safety norms.

Prepare documentation for internal audits.

Submit periodic training reports to management.

D. Communication & Engagement

Coordinate with supervisors and managers for training execution.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and discipline within the workforce.

Conduct periodic assessments to track training impact.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Basic understanding of workplace etiquette, grooming, and soft service standards.

Experience

4+ years of experience in soft services, hospitality, training, or facility operations.

Experience conducting behavioural, grooming, and service standards training.

Experience in employee orientation and on-site learning sessions.

Exposure to customer-facing environments is preferred.

Skills Required

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Good presentation and interpersonal ability

Ability to manage training documentation and reports

Professional attitude and service-oriented mindset
