For further information, kindly visit our website- www.archfoundation.in Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP) and Skill Development Training aligned with market demand, local context, and NSQF standards where applicable. Facilitate technical training in relevant trades (e.g., tailoring, beautician, food processing, digital literacy, retail) with an entrepreneurial lens focused on self-employment and micro-enterprise creation. Conduct soft skills sessions on communication, leadership, confidence building, time management, customer engagement, and basic financial literacy. Mentor trainees in developing business plans, pricing strategies, and growth roadmaps. Build capacity in record keeping, digital tools for marketing, UPI-based transactions, and online promotion (where relevant). Connect trainees to financial institutions, micro-credit systems, SHG federations, and government schemes for enterprise support. Identify and facilitate market linkages through exhibitions, local networks, online platforms, and buyer-seller meets. Track trainee progress, collect feedback, and support post-training handholding and monitoring. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong facilitation and communication skills in regional language(s) and Hindi/English. For further information, kindly visit our website- www.archfoundation.in Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Program Design Lead the design and implementation of multi-thematic education programs including STEM education, remedial learning, digital literacy, coding & AI skilling, and teacher capacity building. Ensure all education programs are aligned with NEP 2020, SDG 4, and CSR mandates. Develop learning frameworks, pedagogy plans, and implementation roadmaps tailored for government and low-income private schools. Project Management & Delivery Oversee a portfolio of education projects across multiple states and locations. Manage a cross-functional team of project managers, associates, educators, and field coordinators. Ensure timely execution of activities, quality assurance, and adherence to planned budgets and timelines.
