📢 We’re Hiring – Field Trainer 📍 Location: Noida, Sector 63 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month 👤 Preference: Male candidates 🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Field Training Key Responsibilities: Conduct field training sessions for new joiners. Ensure effective onboarding and process understanding for field executives. Monitor trainees’ performance and provide continuous coaching. Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas of improvement. Coordinate with management to design and update training modules. Ensure all field executives follow company standards and compliance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in field training. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team in the field. Good knowledge of field operations and process flow. Willingness to travel for training purposes.
