Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts, aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. · Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles. · Identify training gaps and needs within the organization through assessments and feedback. Develop targeted training programs to programs to address these needs. · Support the implementation of forums management systems and improvement training on performance expectations and goal setting.
