Job Description

Role: - Trainee–Software DeveloperRole Type: - ApprenticeshipDuration: - 12 MonthsLocation: - NoidaWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Software Development Apprentice to join our engineering team. You will work under the guidance of experienced developers to learn and contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on coding experience, exposure to real-world projects/products, and the opportunity to grow into a full-fledged software developer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and testing of software modules and features under supervision.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve bugs and implement feedback.
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
  • Write basic scripts, utilities, programs or functions for internal tools or automations.
  • Contribute to documentation of features and technical procedures.
  • Support integration tasks and help with configuration activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest programming trends, tools, and advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) relevant to the project/product.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint plannings and other Agile ceremonies.

REQUIREMENT

  • Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed university.
  • Application Knowledge: Familiarity with IT applications.
  • Programming Languages: Basic knowledge of programming concepts and/or any programming language such as C, C#, Java, Python, .Net or SQL.
  • Database Management: Understanding of database systems and SQL queries.
  • Technical Aptitude Strong interest in IT applications and systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
  • Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player ability to work well in a team.
  • Demonstrates careful attention to details.
  • Adaptability willingness to learn new technologies.
