Job Title: Trainee Relationship Manager – West Region

As a Trainee Relationship Manager (TRM), you will play a key role in supporting the client relationship team across the West region. You will assist in engaging with HNI/UHNI clients, understanding their investment needs, helping onboard them to 9Point Capital products, and offering best-in-class post-sales service. This is a client-facing, high-growth role for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
Assist senior Relationship Managers in client acquisition and relationship management
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand financial goals and explain 9Point Capital’s offerings
Help manage onboarding of clients onto platforms such as DIAS (PMS) and Gravity (DIY)
Maintain and update client interaction records in CRM
Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner referrals
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to ensure smooth execution
Learn and stay updated on digital asset trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
Support client portfolio review meetings, report generation, and performance updates
Handle day-to-day queries from clients and resolve issues in a timely manner
Attend investor awareness sessions, webinars, and roadshows across Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat as required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related fields
0–2 years of experience in a financial services or client-facing role (internships count)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Interest in wealth management, digital assets, and investor relations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with HNIs
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Suite
Self-starter, high on ownership, and willing to travel across region
High-performing trainees will be considered for full-time Relationship Manager positions after 6–12 months based on performance and certifications.
