Trainee - Digital Marketing

We are looking forward to hire Digital Marketing Professionals in the following areas :

Looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have exposure to core marketing activities such as content creation, campaign execution, social media handling, or basic research. This is a learning-intensive role with a clear path for growth into a full-time marketing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, email, and offline channels

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development

• Create, edit, and publish marketing content (blogs, social posts, brochures, presentations)

• Support event coordination, webinars, and internal/external communication initiatives

• Manage basic updates and content on the company website and social media platforms

• Maintain marketing databases, CRM entries, and reports

• Monitor campaign performance and generate basic analytics reports

• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Design, and Product for coordinated marketing efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in any marketing role (internship or full-time)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, social media, and content marketing

• Good communication and writing skills

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics (preferred)

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
