Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in IT services such as Web Development, Customer Product Development, Software Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, and Digital Branding. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate leads and create business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue leads through online freelancer platforms such as Freelancer.com, Upwork.com, Guru.com, and other similar portals to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Fix meetings and VC calls with prospective clients to understand their requirements and discuss solutions.
  • Maintain and update Sales MIS (Management Information System) to track progress and report sales activities.
  • Engage in field sales activities, including visiting potential and existing clients to build relationships, understand client requirements firsthand, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Use CRM tools and digital marketing knowledge to manage client interactions and optimize lead generation.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Basic understanding of IT services including web and software development, UI/UX, and digital marketing.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads via freelancer portals and other online platforms.
  • Willingness to learn sales processes and contribute actively to business growth.
  • Energetic, result-oriented, and proactive attitude.

Experience:

  • Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 per week
