Trainee Business Development Executive

As a Trainee Business Development Executive at Swan Solutions, a leading IT Infrastructure and Services organization, you will be provided with hands-on experience in field sales, client handling, and solution-based selling in the IT infrastructure industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct 10-15 client meetings per week, involving a combination of field sales and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role during the training period. - Generate leads, acquire new clients, and effectively manage client relationships. - Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to deliver IT solutions to clients. - Drive revenue growth through acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. - Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the expansion of the business. **Qualification Required:** - Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) of 2024/2025 Batch or Recent Graduates. **Desired Skills & Attributes:** - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn technical concepts. - Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships. - Presentable, articulate, and focused on achieving results. - Comfortable with field sales and client-facing roles.
