We are building a team of professionals who combine strong analytical skills, disciplined execution, and deep financial market expertise.

• Lead the trading desk with focus on covered calls (core) and secondary index/F&O strategies.

• Manage and scale allocated trading capital in a phased manner.
• Ensure excellent risk management & return on the capital allocated, for own & team’s allocated capital. 
• Ensure all trades are executed within defined drawdown and exposure limits, & ensure entire team including self, strictly follows strategy & drawdown rules
• Ensure complete & 100% compliance with Risk Management framework. Self & Team.
• Maintain daily updates of the fund in MProfit (or other assigned software) and Excel trackers & ensure accuracy of all family & company’s investment reports. Excel, MProfit & any other tool based. 
• Develop frameworks & strategies for strike selection, rollovers, and hedging.
• Propose strategy refinements and contribute to long-term trading desk growth.
• Collaborate with Family Office team and/or promoters on strategy alignment.
• Mentor junior traders & analysts on strategy, execution and reporting accuracy.
• Get involved in negotiation with exchange, tech stack, brokers & fund houses as & when required to get the best deals for the company.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in options trading, especially covered calls.

• Strong grasp of derivatives, risk management, and hedging strategies.
• Advanced Excel/MProfit knowledge for P&L and options tracking.
• Ability to design and refine systematic strategies.
• Disciplined execution and adherence to risk limits.
• Calm under pressure
