Role Overview:

Are you passionate about the stock markets? Are you obsessed with charts, indicators, and trading psychology? Whether you're a beginner or already placing live trades — Commitment, is looking for Motivated Traders to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Trade with our team's trusted professional Traders 9:15am-3:30pm daily (Lunch post 3:30pm only)

• Multi-Asset Rotation

  during the first 12 months : Traders will undergo a

  structured rotation across Equities, Options & Commodities asset classes.

  Rotation designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of different market dynamics & identify the asset class that best aligns with the trader's individual edge and analytical style
• Strategy Development: Backtest, refine, and deploy systematic or discretionary trading strategies based on quantitative data.
• Market Monitoring: Maintain constant situational awareness of global macro events, news catalysts, and technical setups across Equities, Options, and Commodities.
• Post-Trade Analysis: Conduct daily and weekly "post-mortems" on all trades via Trade Track to identify behavioral biases and execution errors.
• Share trade ideas, setups & insights in Commitment App's live chat rooms
• Engage with other traders on the Commitment app
• Host weekly trader discussions or strategy breakdowns
• Collaborate with our product & content teams to improve trader experience
• (Bonus): Meme your way through a red market day 

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of active experience in trading (Equity, F&O, or Intraday)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Business (preferred, not mandatory). Students pursuing graduation in any analytical stream (Engineering, Data Science etc.) with a strong interest in Trading are also welcome
• Self-taught market learners and passionate retail traders encouraged to apply
• No formal trading certification required — we value skills, not just degrees
• Strong understanding of technical analysis or strategy-based trading
• Experience with any one broker & trading analytics platform (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox, TradingView, Autotrender, Trade Track or Tradezilla)
• Good communication — written + verbal (English/Hindi)
• Passion for community and trader learning

We're searching for disciplined traders, with data to back performance & meticulous self-reflective analysis.

1.Showcase your best trading week for our review. On Trade Track [tradetrack.co.in] log your trades from a *Full* 5 day trading week for our review - can be trades from any of the past or current weeks.

2. Once your data log is complete, download excel reports of your dashboard & analytics sections & email to us along with your CV & a "Trade Audit" (maximum 500 words) answering the below questions:

• Successes:

  Based on the Trade Track reports data, what went well during this week?

• Improvements:

  Identify specific "leaks" or areas for improvement highlighted by the reports (e.g., "I realized I am over-trading in specific afternoon sessions" or "My R:R ratio was lower than my target").

Self-Analysis

Note: We only hire traders who can look at their own data objectively. If you cannot provide a transparent journal of your performance, you are not the right fit for this firm.
