Job Description

You will be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in sales. Additionally, you will actively participate in the planning and execution of the company's marketing activities, providing vital inputs based on your interactions with prospects. Your role will also involve supporting and servicing existing customers on their queries and issues. In this role, you will work on sales leads received from transactions on the platform, sales personnel on the ground, and digital marketing sources. Your responsibilities will include establishing connections with potential clients, explaining product/service capabilities, and finalizing sales presentations. You will also assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and discuss terms with potential clients while addressing any queries raised by them. Furthermore, you will liaise internally for the finalization of contracts and closure of deals. It will be crucial for you to ensure the receipt of subscription fees as per the agreed terms and assist the Relationship Managers (RMs) in the execution of their account and territory strategies. You will also play a key role in supporting the company's strategic and ongoing marketing awareness campaigns, driving prospect participation in internal and external events, and extending support to clients during the onboarding process. Regularly attending to any queries from clients on subscription plans, their complaints, and any IT-related issues on the platform will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers, you will understand customer requirements to offer the best level of service to each category of customers. Addressing any queries raised by referral partners regarding customer service and ensuring systematic documentation of customer logs, turnaround time, and complaint resolution will also be essential. Your role will also involve producing regular Management Information System (MIS) reports on customer complaints, turnaround time analysis, resolution results, and other relevant metrics to continuously improve customer service and satisfaction.,
