Trade Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Work on sales leads received from transactions on the platform, sales personnel on the ground, and digital marketing sources. - Establish a connection with potential clients, explain product/service capabilities, and finalize sales presentations. - Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP). - Discuss terms with potential clients and address any queries raised by them. - Liaise internally for any finalization of contracts and closure of deals. - Ensure receipt of subscription fee as per the agreements. - Support Relationship Managers in the execution of their account and territory strategies. - Support the company's strategic and ongoing marketing awareness campaigns and drive prospect participation in internal and external events. - Extend support to clients during the onboarding process. - Attend to any queries from clients on subscription plans and their benefits. - Record any customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate level for resolution. - Make regular calls to existing clients to proactively service them and attend to their needs. - Address any queries of clients relating to transaction processing by internally coordinating with the relevant departments and providing timely feedback to the client. - Guide customers on any IT-related issues on Fav Fairs platform or arrange for expert services as required. - Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand customer requirements and offer the best level of service to each category of customers. - Handle any queries raised by referral partners regarding customer service. - Maintain systematic documentation of customer logs, turn-around time, and complaint resolution. - Produce regular Management Information System (MIS) reports on customer complaints, turn-around time analysis, resolution results, etc. Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
