Trade Relationship Manager

As an individual interested in the role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Work on sales leads received from transactions on the platform, sales personnel on the ground, and digital marketing sources. - Establish a connection with potential clients, explain product/service capabilities, and finalize sales presentations. - Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP). - Discuss terms with potential clients and address any queries they may have. - Liaise internally for any finalization of contracts and closure of deals. - Ensure the receipt of the subscription fee as per the agreed terms. - Support the Relationship Managers (RMs) in the execution of their account and territory strategies. - Extend support to clients during the onboarding process and attend to any queries they may have on subscription plans. - Record any customer complaints, escalate them to the appropriate level for resolution. - Proactively make regular calls to existing clients to provide service and attend to their needs. - Address any client queries relating to transaction processing by internally coordinating with relevant departments and providing feedback to the clients. - Guide customers on any IT-related issues on the platform or arrange expert services as needed. - Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand customer requirements and offer the best level of service to each category of customers. - Handle any queries raised by referral partners regarding customer service. - Maintain systematic documentation of customer logs, turnaround time, and complaint resolution. - Produce regular Management Information System (MIS) reports on customer complaints, turnaround time analysis, resolution results, etc. No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
