Description
As a Total Rewards Specialist at LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD, your role involves implementing total rewards policies and programs for India. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of these programs, participating in market research, developing compensation recommendations, and providing expert advice to HR Business Partners and management teams to attract, retain, and engage employees effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the annual compensation planning process for the region and collaborate with local and regional HRBPs. - Educate HRBPs, Supervisors, and Managers on all Total Rewards programs and advise on appropriate resolutions for related issues. - Identify and manage local compensation and benefit vendors/providers. - Manage and maintain salary structures, analyze salary survey data, develop merit budget recommendations, market reference points, and variable compensation elements. - Act as an advisor to employees and the international mobility team on international assignments. - Develop and generate reports to support key HR processes and conduct necessary audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data. - Manage the AOP budget for the India entity. Qualification Required: - 5 years or more of Total Rewards experience. - Ability to occasionally travel across office locations. - MBA degree in economics, statistics, human resource management, business, or related field. - Fluency in English. You will need solid organizational and multitasking skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with attention to detail. A background in compensation design, analysis, and administration, including experience with incentive programs, is essential. Knowledge of benefit programs and market practices is necessary. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, along with proficiency in PC software tools such as advanced Excel skills. Working independently and within a team is important for success in this role.,
