Global Benefits Associate Manager ML8
The Global Benefits Associate Manager manages the development and implementation of benefit solutions for Accenture globally. This position supports the development of Accenture's short- and long-term benefit strategy to ensure that Accenture's benefit Programs are competitive and are linked to Accenture's total rewards strategy in each of its countries. The Global Benefits Associate Manager assists with the implementation and management of the global benefits philosophy, process, and operational guidelines. Working with HR leadership, assisting with managing aspects of acquisitions, special projects such as global broker management strategy or administration of global plans. In addition, the Global Benefits Associate Manager focus is on policies and programs to ensure they are aligned to market, addresses employee value around health and welfare programs. Key Responsibilities
Monitor Accenture's benefit programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and work council agreements and ensure that Accenture programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country.
Reviews, completes and assessment of our countries who develop their benefit business cases for changes to the existing programs and/or the creation of new programs.
Assists with development and implement global solutions to maximize economies of scale and spending.
Ensure our employees who transfer around the globe have adequate coverage and develop solutions to solve any gaps.
Manage the annual update of benefits information and draft summaries for leadership and board material when necessary, using various technologies to advance the function.
Develop and maintain a network of pension and benefit contacts within the geographies.
Monitor benefit trends and provide guidance to leadership on direction of our programs.
Identify and lead the participation in market surveys.
Assist the management other health & welfare and benefits projects, as necessary (e.g., multinational insurance pooling, analysis of coverage data for outsourcing or merger/acquisitions, senior executive new program design, global broker, benchmarking, technologies, etc.).
Identify continuous improvement strategies.
Develop/refine benefits/pension policies to guide geographic programs design and governance.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of global SE benefits plans and applicable policies.
Assist with vendor Management.
Work with Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Risk Management, Asset Protection, Procurement, and People Mobility teams.
External Relationships:HR Service Providers as appropriate. Consultants/Brokers, Actuaries, Investment advisors, Insurance Companies, Multinational Pooling Networks.
EducationUndergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification.

Qualifications
3 years of global benefits experience including understanding benefits plans and benefits data integration.
Knowledge of basic health and welfare programs medical, life, disability, wellness, time off, etc.
Data management with HRIS, benefits and payroll information
Data auditing, analysis and reporting capability with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage global programs and work cross culturally
Microsoft Office skills intermediate to advance Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
Accounting/financial analysis skills
