Job Description

As the Contingent Sourcing Administrative Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative, logistical, and analytical support to the contingent category management team. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline the end-to-end process of sourcing and procurement, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for contingent workers and Docusign business partners. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating the contingent lifecycle for temporary labor, including consultation meetings with internal business owners, intake meetings with suppliers, coordinating interviews, SoW preparation, and onboarding/offboarding with HR and IT Teams. - Manage day-to-day communication with external staffing agencies and suppliers to track progress and ensure service level agreement adherence. - Schedule interviews between business managers and contingent candidates. - Support the candidate screening process by organizing resumes and tracking candidate qualifications. - Collaborate with the People Team to maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) from a procurement perspective. - Assist in reporting and analyzing key sourcing metrics such as SLAs, cost savings, and cost avoidance. - Act as the main point of contact for internal business managers and Docusign staffing partners, handling inquiries and ensuring up-to-date information on key dates and contingent needs. - Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation. - Aid the Contingent Category Sourcing Team in researching and identifying new sourcing opportunities and suppliers. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track key metrics and performance indicators. - Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management is preferred. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR processes will be advantageous.
