Title Data Analyst

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve engaging with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will analyze and model current-state and future-state processes using tools such as BPMN and flowcharts. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to support solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking, conducting impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, monitoring project progress, and identifying improvement opportunities for process optimization and innovation. You will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze and model current-state and future-state processes using BPMN, flowcharts, etc. - Work closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. - Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers. - Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments as part of change management initiatives. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key business milestones. - Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. - Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and innovation. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or business transformation environments. - Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint, and optional tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Wireframing tools. - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. - Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
