Job Description

As an experienced Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for contributing to enhancing the data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility, and supporting the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance. - Overseeing Metadata Management processes to maintain accurate and consistent metadata across systems. - Providing expertise in Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service to enhance data discoverability and usability. - Implementing Cloud Data Profiling to assess data quality and identify areas for improvement. - Developing and managing Cross-System Lineage to ensure data traceability and transparency. - Utilizing AWS and Azure platforms to optimize data storage and processing capabilities. - Integrating Snowflake solutions to enhance data warehousing and analytics capabilities. - Designing and implementing ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Utilizing SQL for data querying and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives. - Ensuring data security and privacy compliance in all data management activities. - Providing technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of data management practices to drive organizational success. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Expertise in Metadata Management and related tools. - Experience with Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service for data management. - Proficiency in Cloud Data Profiling and Cross-System Lineage techniques. - Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Snowflake platforms for data solutions. - Solid understanding of ETL processes and SQL for data manipulation. - Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.,
