Key Responsibilities: - Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols based on the method of order submission (e.g., email, telephone, personal contact). - Make calls to potential customers to establish contact, build rapport, and nurture relationships. - Ensure accuracy of basic customer details in the CRM system and make notes of follow-up actions and sales call activities. - Provide basic product/service information and address customer inquiries effectively. - Respond to basic customer issues such as returns and escalate complex problems as needed. - Conduct customer interviews using a standard sales script to clarify requirements and needs. - Adhere to operational compliance procedures to maintain quality standards and regulatory codes. - Develop and enhance procedural or technical skills through assessment, development planning, and training activities. - Support customer service renewals to encourage continued use of the organization's products and services. Qualifications Required: - Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to align the seller's organization with customer needs. - Leveraging Digital Communications: Proficiency in using digital communication channels to create positive customer interactions. - Masters Service Conversations: Skill in navigating customer conversations effectively. - Navigating Customer Challenges: Ability to handle conversations with dissatisfied customers. - Strengthens Customer Connections: Capability to build strong relationships with customers. - Builds Customer Loyalty: Skill in ensuring positive customer interactions to enhance loyalty. - In-Depth Questioning: Aptitude for exploring problems and articulating solution value. - Initiates Compelling Sales Conversations: Ability to propose value-driven sales conversations. - Service Into Sales: Recognizing sales opportunities during service interactions to improve customer service. - Builds Rapport: Establishing trust within client organizations. - Knows the Buying Influences: Understanding key buying influences in opportunities. - Manages Buyer Indifference: Addressing client indifference through effective questioning. - Understands Issues/Motivations: Articulating client motivations based on business objectives and challenges.
