Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.Your future duties and responsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesAnalyse, design and develop solutions using TIBCO BW & EMS.Develop business processes from technical specifications received from the Team Lead.Work on BW migration activities.Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be done to the highest standard and on time.Perform peer reviews, capture review comments & track until closure.Confirms business process behavior by conducting unit tests.SIT deployments for developed services.Benchmark performance of the services.Support during functional testing in SIT/UAT.Report progress and escalate issues to the Team Lead.Debug existing code and provide work around solutions for prod incidents if required.Document LLD from technical specification document.Contributing ResponsibilitiesContribute to technical design documentation.Collaborate with other team members to design and implement features.Contribute towards knowledge sharing sessions.Technical & Behavioral CompetenciesMandatory Skills:TIBCO Business Works 5.x (part of TIBCO Active Matrix)TIBCO EMSTIBCO AdministratorBasics of XML, XSD, XSLTSOA architectureStrong analytical and communication skillsExperience with application deployment atleast in development environment.Desired Technical Knowledge / Skills:Basics of unix commandsBasics of Oracle SQLBasics of JavaTIBCO MFTTIBCO HawkAgile scrum experience
