✅ Core Skills & Experience Needed

8–10 years working hands-on with TIBCO Product Suite

• BusinessWorks 5.x & 6.x
• EMS
• BPM / iProcess

Proven expertise in delivering large-scale SOA & integration solutions

• Workflow modeling
• Data analysis & transformation
• Multi-platform integration

Strong command over XML stack:
XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath

Deep experience with SOAP, REST, WSDL along with SOAP/HTTP, SOAP/JMS

Solid database chops: SQL, PL/SQL

Messaging standards & middleware:
ActiveMQ, EMS, JMS

Experience with integration patterns:
Request/Reply, Pub/Sub, Web Services

Experience with Adapters: ADB, FILE, FTP (6.0+)
Working knowledge: Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, JDBCDeployments on Unix/LinuxComplex XML schema transformationsImplementing Security in TIBCO BWIntegration with iProcess via RMI, IAP/JMSAgile/Scrum familiarity ✅Test-Driven & Domain-Driven Development knowledge
