Tester & Technical Leader

Job Title: Tester & Technical Leader Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Tester & Technical Leader who can take charge of both manual and automation testing efforts, while also contributing to team guidance and project quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in testing methodologies and leadership skills to mentor and manage a testing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle (manual and automation). Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by enforcing quality standards. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Identify test requirements from specifications and design robust test strategies. Troubleshoot issues, document defects, and track resolutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and resolve blockers. Generate and review detailed test reports and quality metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing . Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and using tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc. Understanding of SDLC/STLC and agile methodologies. Good knowledge of bug tracking tools and test management platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Team handling experience or proven leadership in previous projects is preferable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading QA teams or mentoring junior testers. Exposure to API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration. ISTQB or any relevant certification is a plus.
