Tester & Technical Leader

As a Tester & Technical Leader at our company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a vital role in overseeing the manual and automation testing activities. Your responsibilities will extend to providing guidance to the team members, ensuring project quality assurance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. In this role, you will lead and manage the complete testing lifecycle, from developing and executing test plans to troubleshooting issues and tracking resolutions. Your expertise in writing test cases, utilizing tools like Selenium and JIRA, and understanding SDLC/STLC and agile methodologies will be crucial in driving the testing efforts effectively. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other teams to identify test requirements, design robust strategies, and generate detailed test reports. Providing mentorship to junior QA team members and coordinating with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing, along with proficiency in using test management platforms and bug tracking tools. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership experience will set you apart as a potential candidate. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in leading QA teams, exposure to API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration, and relevant certifications such as ISTQB.
